When my parents were going to downsize from a house to an apartment, we contacted several companies. Ultimately, we made the choice to go with Mariah and Lyn. It was the best choice we could have made. They were clear and organized and ran a great sale. They handled everything with such care and empathy. They were patient with my parents who wanted the process done yesterday and also needed more time at the same time (relatable ha!). As a customer, I love their sales because I can look through their photos and know what their prices are. I can claim things right away and make an appointment to browse. I LOVE this and almost exclusively shop their sales because of it. The civility and transparency of the online listing process and the appointments for in-person shopping means that the house is respected and your belongings aren't rummaged through like a bargain bin. Their pricing is fair—not so cheap that it feels like a steal, but not so high that no one is interested. I can't recommend them enough.
