Meet the Owner, Mariah Cope
Hi, I am Mariah Cope, owner of Tobacco Road Downsizing.
For more than a decade, I have had the privilege of serving families throughout Durham, Orange, Wake, Alamance, and Chatham counties. My work centers on helping clients navigate estate sales and downsizing with professionalism and compassion.
I have always been drawn to history, stories, and the meaning behind the objects we keep. Estate sales allow me to honor those stories while helping families transition forward. Each sale is personal to me because every home represents a lifetime of memories.
Originally from Western New York, I have called the Triangle home for nearly twenty years. My family and I live in Hillsborough, and this community is deeply important to us. My husband and our four children have grown alongside this business, learning the value of service, integrity, and hard work.
Every estate sale we manage reflects those values.
