I just had Tobacco Road Downsizing hold an estate sale at my home and I am ecstatic with the results! I had to move out of state before the sale occurred, but I had no reservations about leaving the house in their care. They conducted the entire operation very professionally, explained how the sale would be organized, checked with me if they had questions about items in the sale, and provided a list of all the items that had been sold and their sale prices. The final cleanup left the entire house and three outbuildings completely empty and clean. I should also mention that the kitchen was under renovation when the sale occurred, but they coordinated their work with the kitchen contractor (and he has nothing but praise for them). They exceeded my expectations and I have no hesitation about recommending them to anyone who needs this service!
