Shipping
We do not routinely ship items. Shipping is available by special request for small items only. Large or bulky items, including furniture, are not available for shipping. Customers requesting shipping are responsible for applicable shipping costs and must make shipping arrangements with us before the item is shipped.
Local Pickup
Items purchased online or in store must be picked up within 7 days of purchase at the location where the item is being held. Proof of purchase will be required at the time of pickup. After the initial 7-day pickup period, a weekly storage fee will apply based on the size of the item, until the item is picked up or forfeited:
Small items: $10 per week Includes décor, artwork, art glass, clocks, kitchenware, small appliances, dishes, dish sets, utensils, and other small or easily stored items
Large items: $20 per week Includes furniture and other large or bulky items.

Unclaimed Items
Small items must be picked up within 4 weeks of the original purchase date. If the item has not been picked up by the end of the 4-week period, it will be considered forfeited and may be sold without further notice. Any storage fees accrued will remain due.
Large items must be picked up within 2 weeks of the original purchase date. If the item has not been picked up by the end of the 2-week period, it will be considered forfeited and may be sold without further notice. Any storage fees accrued will remain due.
Once an item has been forfeited, the original purchase is no longer eligible for a refund, and the item may be resold without further notice.
Exceptions
Alternate pickup arrangements or extensions may be made at the time of purchase at our discretion. Any arrangements made with us at the time of purchase will supersede the standard pickup and storage terms above.
Return Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our consignment inventory, all purchases are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please carefully inspect items and ask any questions before completing your purchase. We are happy to provide additional information or photos when available. We do our best to inspect items and note any imperfections, but please note all items are used, so gentle wear is expected.
